Terms of Membership

By submitting an application to become a member of the Purna Private Contract Association (henceforth “PCA”), every member affirms that they have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Agreement

The Purna Spiritual Society is a private society established on the principle of mutual benefit for support of our members and to build the mission and purpose of the society for our members, the Society itself and for the society at large. Each member affirms by their acceptance of this Member Agreement that they have read and reviewed the mission statement of the Society and agree to support the Society and said mission. By acceptance of membership in the Society and PCA, the undersigned affirms that he or she has read the Mission Statement of the Society and the Articles of Association for the Private Contract Association and commits to remain true and aligned with the principles and intentions thereof. Purna Society and PCA is a mutual benefit society and thus services and other resources may be shared between and with members. Members may convey consideration in whatever forms acceptable as a donation for services in exchange for such in the spirit of mutual benefit. Any conveyance of consideration for activities to Purna shall be considered a non-recourse donation to Purna.

Acceptance and Affirmation of Self-Responsibility

The core value of Purna Society and PCA is that all human beings are self-responsible and self-empowered, and by Purna's works and service, are guided in achieving a fulfilled life in which one is the ultimate determinant of one's own life. In our greater society, responsibility for health and well-being has been in large part placed externally, on experts such as doctors and health professionals, or on external causes. Our member community encourages and empowers responsibility for one's own healing and life path. Health and healing are a primary purpose and part of the mission of the Society and PCA and we encourage all members to take personal responsibility in achieving optimum health for themselves and their families, which in turn will contribute to the health and vibrancy of our Society, which then, in turn, will contribute to the expanding sense of health and well-being in our world.

Members of Purna PCA agree and affirm to be fully responsible in all aspects of our lives, to continually work towards achieving a balanced and fulfilling life expression in the four key areas of such responsibility: 1) Self-Responsible; 2) Self-Governing; 3) Self-Generating; and 4) Self Correcting. These qualities when embodied and lived become the true basis of sovereign beingness and spiritual integrity. We encourage our members to always return to a center point within ourselves, to be self-correcting and come back to responsibility when we err, and self- directive so that we stand as the directive principle in our lives and understand that we are generating our own capacities. We further acknowledge that we are each in the process of embodying the aforesaid, and do our best in each moment to live by these principles.

In this spirit, we request each member to read and acknowledge (which is confirmed by agreeing to these terms) the following items.

Confirmation of having read:

1. Mission Statement of Purna Spiritual Society
2. Statement and Decree of the Overseer for Purna
3. Declaration of Intention of the Panterra D'Oro Global Society

  • PanTerra D’Oro is a Private Society within which the Purna Society and its founders hold membership; it is an interdependent family of societies in co-relationship with Purna. We ask members to read and acknowledge this Declaration; agreement is not mandatory, but encouraged.
  • Membership in PanTerra D’Oro is not mandatory for our society members. PanTerra D’Oro by and through the GEMSTONE University provides extensive education and practical solutions that are in full alignment with the Purna Mission and therefore, our members are encouraged to consider membership therein.

4. Articles of the Panterra D'Oro Court of the Ekklesia

  • The Court of the Ekklesia is a facility for permanent archiving of records for its members, and also provides guidance and a forum for settlement of issues or disputes for members according to the articles of the court. It is the forum and structure that the Purna Society shall utilize if required, and therefore, familiarity with the Articles of Establishment of the Court of the Ekklesia is required.
